Crowley says, "this is pleasure in its highest sense; well-being, harmony of natural forces without effort or strain."  This is all about letting ourselves enjoy the pleasures around us - there is a flow in this card, a swaying dance as the cups are getting ready to be filled up again - let yourself be filled as well. Emotional contentment is something we all deserve.

This is us seeing things as they truly are and now we make the decision to face it and deal with it consciously.  Much like this picture shows, Vultures eating an animal on the savannah - removing toxic remains from the environment - this is something you need to do for yourself - stepping away from the toxic situations in life. You create your life and your future - what you think and do right now - is what forms tomorrow.

So today, open yourself up to the emotional freedom and the pleasure of life - if you have been keeping yourself a prisoner from these basic and needed emotions, let yourself free. Step away from the toxic situations and let your cup be filled.
