Daily Mindfulness
The World Endings and Beginnings - we have strived through a lot to reach the World, the pinnacle of achievement. We have found our way to wholeness - Mind/body/spirit - all in balance and harmony. This is where we finally feel at home with ourselves and what a great feeling that is. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Six of Swords Ok, I pulled this card using two different decks! Guess there is a important message here. The way I see it, swords are thoughts and thoughts can be very stabby if we aren't careful with how we are using our brains. This card shows us how beautiful a well balanced mind is after chaos and troubles. This is a journey that can be literal or just inside your head - both are equally real and equally important. To move away from confusion into a well balanced harmony. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Queen of Cups Water of Water, this Queen is pure emotion and feelings - this can be good as long as you remember to stay grounded - there is no other Element to help ground this Queen, so they can be susceptible to other influences if not careful. Let love and compassion ground you and send it back out into the world #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Judgement Everything we have ever done up until this point has created who we are and who we are becoming. All our experiences shape us and give us the knowledge to make the right choices with widened perception and intelligence. We see things from a higher perspective and that makes all the difference. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Ten of Wands Wands are pure fiery energy and too much at once is never a good thing. Too many things going on at once causes us to lose our focus. So, the best thing to do in this situation is to stop and assess what is happening, what needs to happen, what you can outsource or drop completely - leaving you with a much smaller pile of stuffs. This card always reminds me of the quote, "it's not what you do but how you do it" or in this case, it isn't what you carry but how you carry it. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Three of Swords Oh the stabbiest of stabby cards. The thing is, the Swords are Intellect, and this card sits in Binah, which gives us understanding and perception in icy clarity. Too much information for our own good maybe, but we needed to know. We cannot hide from this and the best thing to do is to acknowledge the situation and move on from there. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Seven of Swords Oh this seven is just full of chaos - everyone around is punchy and surly and no one is listening to anyone. Swords are intellect and that is a LOT of brain power running about but not in the same direction. I think the key here is to know it is happening and either step away from the situation or at least stop and try to get some order into the disparate happenings. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
The Lovers So much alchemy in the Lovers but mostly it is about making a choice to open to love (any kind of love, not necessarily a person but maybe a hobby, job, way of life etc.) and live in that place wholly and unconditionally. Do not suppress this love, but live it to the fullest. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Wheel of Fortune Everything is in constant motion - change is the only constant and that can be hard to navigate at times. This card isn't a good or bad card, it is all about how we deal with what is right in front of us. One thing to remember is that the center is the most stable part of the Wheel - stay centered, stay balanced. "Ka was like a wheel, its one purpose to turn and in the end it always came back to the place where it had started." Stephen King, The Wastelands #dailymindfulness |
