Animal Medicine - Rabbit
Rabbit is about fear. When Rabbit shows up, it's a reminder to stop talking about all the bad things that can happen or might happen. Rabbit energy is most alive when we are scared and we then become our own worst enemy.
Notice your thoughts and the things you say - those things shape your future. If you keep bemoaning all the bad things that COULD happen, they WILL happen because you will draw them to you. You need to think about what it is you are concerned about. Can you do anything about it? Is it a real and concrete issue? If you have no control over what it is you are worried about or this "thing," hasn't even happened, then STOP.
You will do yourself no good if you continue this way. Write your feelings down. See what it is you are most worried about and find ways to face them if they are things you can actually fix. Deal with what you have control over and let those vague feelings of worry go - otherwise, you may end up drawing them into reality.
Animal Medicine - Owl
Owl medicine is usually associated with clairvoyance and magic. Owls hunt at night and can see in the dark, accurately pinpointing sounds to great advantage. Their feathers are often called, "deceiver feathers," because they are so silent and you cannot hear him when he flies overhead.
If you have Owl medicine it is very likely that no one can deceive you about much of anything. You can sense what they are up to and won't put up with it. You have a keen insight and intuition - keep trusting that and don't be fooled by people with ulterior motives. Owl brings you total truth and will often come to you in dreams or meditation so pay attention to the signs. Truth always brings enlightenment.
Animal Medicine - Butterfly
Butterfly Medicine is that of the air - which makes it of the mind and to know that mind and change it. It is the power of Transformation. To use Butterfly medicine, you need to observe yourself on the Wheel of Life. Butterfly shows us that we are always on a never-ending wheel of transforming the self. Which stage are you at during any given time?
Egg stage: The first thought of something
Larva stage: Decision time
Cocoon stage: Developing the idea to make it real
Birth stage: Sharing the completed idea or thing
When you figure out where you are in the cycle you can then see what you need to do next to continue onward. Using air/mental powers of Butterfly medicine will give you clarity to help you organize whatever you wish to do. When Butterfly arrives it is telling you it is time for transformation - so take courage, use your wings and fly!
Animal Medicine - Lizard
Lizard Medicine is dreaming. It is the shadow side, where you review your dreams before deciding what to manifest into reality. Dreaming helps you see the shadows where rest your hopes and fears and the things you might be resisting. But it is always there following you.
If Lizard shows himself it is time to see what is following you. Is it your fears? You future? Or dreams that need to be manifest? Lizard is telling you to pay attention to your dreams and the symbols you are given. Write them down and record everything you remember and pay attention to recurring dreams or symbols - something is trying to get your attention.
Lizard hears what is not yet spoken and sees what isn't yet manifest. But this magic can wear him down. This card can also be telling you to take some down time and renew yourself - don't get overstretched and lose yourself!

Tarot & Oracle Card of the Day
7 of Pentacles / Tarantula
Well. Those 2 work so well together and helped me clarify a matter that has been lurking. **
7 of pentacles: assessment. Taking time to evaluate and reflect on what we are doing or why. A pause for a moment to see if what you are doing is working or not. **
Fire energy. 🔥 Represents a moment when a decision needs to be made. Prioritizing your purpose. Not getting side tracked from your dharma. If you are not on goal, the things you do will only bring fleeting satisfaction. When you follow your path, then you find true happiness. 🌈
When tarantula energy is balanced you are following your intuition. When out of balance, there is hesitation and over thinking. To help balance, daily journaling.
Which does indeed work. It helps me see my thought processes much easier when I get it all out of my head. 📒✒

Animal Spirits - Mouse
Tarot Oracle Card of the Day
Mouse - earth energy
Today was just weird. Work is busy busy and I really wasn't paying attention to my thoughts while I shuffled my deck and drew Mouse. **
At first it didnt really seem to fit what was in my head and it wasnt until I got home that I realized it totally nailed my day!
Mouse energy is detail-oriented to the point of being nit picky. Details details to the point of not realizing you cannot control everything. *
I was trying to get one thing done and getting frustrated that I couldnt. Instead of just doing something else I struggled with it. 🤔
When Mouse energy abounds you need to look at what youre doing and decide if it is where you need to be concentrating. **
Mouse unbalanced is busy with no purpose. Totally me today. To balance, find a meaningful project. **
Lesson in mindfulness learned 😊🐁🌷
