The ending of something. You have finally hit the point where your mind is made up and you have decided "no more." Swords = the mind and we are free to choose our thoughts that make our decisions. At this point you may have hit a dead end but there is a new start coming - nothing lasts but there are fresh starts. Let go of what no longer serves and open yourself up to a new light.

Rowan/Protection
Rowan - often called the traveler's tree is thought to protect and guide travelers on their journeys. This gives Rowan the oracle property of Protection.  Amulets made from Rowan are particularly powerful and the tree often protects the liminal spaces and doorways of the Universe. This could be a warning to you to keep your guard up. Look at the situations around you and see where caution may be warranted. 

So today, as bad as it can be to get the stabby card, it is a good reminder that we need to let things go if they no longer help us. Protect yourself by looking at what is going on in your life and see where anything negative is holding you down or causing too many thoughts to run rampant in your head. You get to make the decisions on what you concentrate on and what you kick to the curb!
