Swords = Yetzirah (Formative world) and it's human soul counterpart is the Ruach, the Intellect. Hence the head. Our Queen has sliced the higher faculties of the intellect from the lower nature or animal soul.  She is as Crowley states, "the Liberator of the Mind."

Incredibly perceptive, observant and confident as well as icy cool at times. She uses logic over emotion.
