The whole of our history is on this wheel. Each revolution brings us further along our path and we have the overview of our past to learn from. Right now our Fortune is changing and this is usually for the better. Usually, the Wheel also brings bad luck and changing luck and as Crowley says, "This card thus represents the Universe in its aspect as a continual change of state."

What we put out in the world, is what we get in return. Also, it's a good thing to remember that the most stable place on that wheel is the center. If we can stay centered, we can remain balanced through all the turns, up or down.
