Well at first glance that looks... unpleasant LOL But, it really isn't.
Seven of Swords
The Crows are showing us how to think outside the box. I like how the LWB says, "non-confrontational problem solving," which to me says, "passive aggressive problem solving." And you know what, there is nothing wrong with that. If you are getting things done in your own way, good for you. The caveat here I think is, just don't be a dick about it.
Five of Disks
This card brings trouble to our material world and anxiety to us as we try to deal with it. But the important lesson here is that things sometimes have to dissolve and break down - because if they don't, no fresh development can take place. This may feel like failure, but it is not a permanent set back. This is leading to personal growth. The best thing to do is take things one step at a time. This way you can find a working solution to the obstacles you face.
So together, use your clever mind and problem solving skills to understand the lessons being given to you right now. Your stability may seem to be collapsing, but it is only so you can breakthrough the boundaries you are stuck in. Embrace the Will to Change.
