Air of Water - This King is a master of emotion. He is generous and cool headed - he thinks before he acts and he weighs emotions carefully and with reason.  His counselors Thought and Memory share their thoughts and wisdom with him and he listens carefully knowing he needs to hear all sides of something before passing judgement.   This King teaches us to balance advice from our heart, mind and spirit.

Queen of Wands
My personal card - I love this Queens energy. Water of Fire - she is adaptable, generous and always willing to help, but she is also impatient when things get in her way.  She wants what she wants and usually wants it right now.  So this is a great energy to use when you need to get a lot of things done.

So together, the cards give us a good elemental balance - The Queen gets some air (logic) to help  temper her fiery nature. She gives the King a bit of a spark too.  This is a good time to learn balance before we do anything.  Think things through from the heart, mind and spirit - once you have a centered plan, use that Queens energy to blast off!
