I find it interesting that one of the qualities of the Two of Swords is "balancing justice"  :)

Justice
Things may seem muddled lately - you can't quite figure out what to do - this is when you should be still for a time. Listen to the small voice inside yourself. That is the voice of truth and it knows exactly what the correct action is at the correct time. That sword Justice is handing you can cut through mental fuzz so that you can act decisively and find the right actions you need to take to stay in balance.

Two of Swords
Two powerful swords sitting on top of what looks like static to me. Swords = mind/Ruach and used as an instrument of action. Always moving around (monkey mind)  We need to overcome this mind if we want to reach higher levels of consciousness!  Once we can do this we can find the clarity and solutions to things that looked rather hopeless.

So together, it is a cut through the chaos and mental chatter day. When we stop and assess what is going on we can much better decide what actions to take  - instead of charging off willy nilly.  When we harness our inner self and balance that with the logical, thinking mind, we can find balanced solutions and bring harmony back into our lives.
