A semi-stabby card and not one of the worst ones either because this is stabby of our own doing and we can fix it too. This is when we start the ever rolling hamster wheel in our heads and it just won't stop. We get hemmed in by all of those thoughts and it incapacitates us - binds us in our own heads. 

The first thing to do is isolate the issues and stop turning in circles.  Make lists, delegate. Is it something you can step by step fix? Or is it something you need to let go of.  Focus on the goals, the steps and instead of hacking away at a huge ball of chaos. Utilize your energy wisely and with clarity and focus.
