Two Cards Today, the Four of Swords from the top of the deck and the Queen of Wands from the bottom - I like doing that once in awhile - the top card is the light side of the day while the bottom gives the Shadow aspect.
Four of Swords
Look at all that concentrated energy just crackling with focus and clarity. The points of the swords meet over a 49 petal rose which Crowley says represents social harmony. This card sits in Chesed which brings it equilibrium and a good spot for manifestation. Our mental processes have stabilized and we have found a perfect balance in this airy element. This card has a lot of balance and stability but for air that can become stagnant if we aren't careful. After using our perfectly balanced intellect for solving big issues, we need to use the time after to reflect on what we have learned and accomplished. A small and calming rest and recharge before zooming back into life again.
Queen of Wands
Water of Fire this Queen is adaptable, calm in her authority and has a fiery energy. She is generous and always willing to help, but she is also impatient when things get in her way. She is a strong Queen who will put up with zero crap and will always speak her mind. With this kind of fiery, creative and passionate energy, you can get anything done!
So perhaps today we have a lot of energy but aren't sure what to do with it all and feel like we are running in circles? Temper that Queen and give her a nice bubble bath where she can think up all sorts of fun things for tomorrow!
