Ugh, so much mental static happening right now. Struggling and feeling defeated and everything feels chaotic and discordant. This hostility can be hard to deal with and I think the best way to do so is to find your own moral compass, to know your own mind and what you stand for. When you maintain a strong sense of self, you are better able to decide what to fight about and what to walk away from. It doesn't always have to be a win-lose situation - you can simply choose to walk away and not get drawn in to what isn't yours.
