Not gonna lie, this one screams Pentacles - look at all that Earth! But no, it is Cups LOL
Also, this is one of those times the Universe is telling us to pay attention. Because I pulled the same Ace yesterday from a different deck.

Ace of Wisdom
Right now we have the ability to access our powers of insight and use them to discern how to heal our emotional wounds. Looking within ourselves we can trace back until we find what hurt us, learn from the situation by seeing it with unbiased eyes and leave that hurt behind, taking the lessons forward. 

This is a new start for healing and love - be compassionate with yourselves.
