3 of Swords
This heart is the Flaming Heart of R'hllor and that middle sword is Oathkeeper, the sword Brienne used to kill Stannis. The hilts of the swords represent the Houses of Stark, Lannister and Baratheon as well.  Lots of killing in the GOTs world but it is a very apt portrayal of this card. There is going to be sadness and hurt because life can suck sometimes. That stabby heart is a symbol of the impact of that heartbreak - you suddenly realize a very painful truth and as much as it hurts, at least you know how things are and once you let that grief go through you, you can start to go forward again because as much as life sucks sometimes, it always goes forward.

Love/Rose
At first glance this card seems the exact opposite of what the 3 of swords is showing us, but in fact, is works perfectly to show us that important changes are happening right now and that your life is going to change for the better.  We need to let go of the old and stagnant things that hold us back in order to grow and realize our full potentials.  New romances, jobs, friends, creative possibilities are all there for you, so as much as you may have been hurt, try to leave your heart open to see what is waiting for you.

So today, ugh, it may feel really bad and it may hurt and you may not want to let go but in order to heal from the stabby heart you need to grieve and then let go of that old energy. Because even if we don't see it, the Universe has our back and it also knows what is coming even if we don't. Trust yourself and the Universe and move forward into where you are supposed to be!
