Bear energy is starting new. Waking from a spiritual slumber. At first, it is difficult to get moving, always easier to stay comfy in bed so to speak. But once you get going it gets easier. 😴 **

When Bear energy is balanced you have inner strength and want to continue growing. 
When out of balance you withdraw in lethargy. 
To balance get moving!
