2019 - My Year Ahead

I was really happy with this yearly spread - it is nicely balanced - which I love, since last year my card, Temperance, was all about balancing things! So, onward!

My overall card is The Hierophant.
I feel this year will be about teaching, learning, finding my way along my path. Educating myself. Taking time to do more of what I value. What a great card!

January - Temperance
This was my card of the year for 2018 and taught me well how to find and keep my balance when I am thrown for a loop. I like that it sort of eases me into 2019 (card of the year Devil)

February - 9 of Pentacles
This one is about finding self-sufficiency - and being more independent.  Standing strong and keeping that strength as I go forward is really important.

March - 10 of Wands
Having a lot of things - burdens, to deal with. But I think it is the way that I carry them that is important. Responsibilities can be overwhelming but they are of my own creation and if I carry them well, then I can deal with them better.

April - 9 of Cups
The wish card. But always be careful about what you are wishing for.  Think carefully before making those wishes. But overall I like having this show up and I rarely pull this card for myself.

May - Ace of Swords
Seeds of new ideas! I love this card - finding that initial spark of an idea and then voicing it to the universe! There is a great clarity in this card and I will nurture it!

June - King of Swords
Good timing to have the King after the Ace - Extreme clarity and rationality. Being analytical and clear headed will help that seed grow into fruition. Time to use the mind more than the heart here. 

July - Queen of Wands
A strong bad ass creative Queen! Passion and creativity as well as organized and balanced. Independent and confident!

August - The Star
Hope, inspiration, a quiet time. Following the Stars guiding light and not giving up hope.

September - 7 of Cups
Options and more options. Making sure to choose the ones that will lead to something beneficial and real, rather than dreaming of things that are just wishful thinking. Choose wisely.

October - 3 of Swords
Yeah, this one is the stabby in the heart card. Hurt feelings? Grief or loss.... duly warned

November - Queen of Cups
The compassionate Queen. I am a total empath so I get this energy a lot. Being compassionate and receptive - caring for others if they need it. I love this intuitive energy - it balances my aries fire side.

December - Page of Wands
Happy Energy here. Something new is happening - there is a lovely enthusiasm here. This is that push to get going on it. Be adventurous!
