Well, you know it's going to be an interesting day when Lord Malphas jumps out of the deck at you.

Devils
It is shadowy and close in the halls of Malphas. Here you need to open to all your senses to "see," what is around you. There is much pleasure here and it may be a relief after the trials and problems of daily life, but be careful. Those pleasures may chain your free will and block you off from your thinking mind. There is a fine line to balance with the Shadow Side, this is where we learn to walk it.

Ten of Wands
Saturn (the 2 heavy bars) are crushing the light energy wands (Sagittarius) and this card sits way down in Malkuth. This card explodes with energy but it has absolutely no where to go.  This heavy energy makes us feel oppressed by outside forces and we miss seeing the emotional problems behind them.  We need to recognize this and learn to work and resolve these inner issues so we can grow and move forward.

So together, this is a lot of heavy, shadowy energy, that we need to really stop and look at carefully.  Our inner light is being blocked and we need to find the source and work with it. Again, it is a fine line with balancing that shadow energy with our bright illumination but we need both to be fully ourselves.   Take some time to look within, journal, listen to your dreams - these will all help keep you balanced.
