Queen of Cups This Queen is the Queen of heart. She is there for us with unconditional love and acceptance. She can heal us after we feel broken and torn apart and fills us to the brim when we are empty. She keeps a quiet mind and an open heart, always ready for when she is needed. #dailymindfulness

Three of Cups Find Your Tribe! There are people who will love you and lift you up and have your back - no matter what is going on. Unconditional love and compassion and friendship will keep you going in the good and the bad. Honor these friendships and keep them close to your heart #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Knight of Wands This Knight's energy knows no bounds. They push the boundaries constantly moving forward - questing for new discoveries and adventures. This reminds us to not let anything stop us from moving forward on our path. Even fear, despite any fear - we find our courage and conquer the unknown. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Hermit What a perfect card for a rainy evening. The Hermit reminds us that we know so much - but with the noise of the outside world constantly yammering at us, we forget to go within. We forget that we already know what we need to know - our truth shines inside. Right now is the time to dive deep and remember. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Chariot Until now we have been walking along our path, slowly and carefully. Now, is the time to release our doubts and fears and to fly forward, faster and farther by harnessing our Will and Power. We are magical beings and we have immense capabilities - believe you can fly. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Stars I don't know if it was the extra hour of sleep but today feels very much a Stars day already. When we are tired and weary and just plain done with the world, this card brings us the peace and hope we need to restore ourselves. Finding a place to set down all of our "stuff," is a really vital practice. Then we can clear the energy dragging us down and revitalize ourselves before setting back out again. Find your Star and you will always have a place to ground and center yourself. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Death Change is coming and it will do no good to hide from it - this change is necessary for continued growth and forward momentum. Instead of fighting it, ride astride it, full of the power and indomitable will that you carry inside you. Don't fear the reaper. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
King of Pentacles This energy is calm, cool and collected. Always deeply connected to the Earth, this King has earned all of his knowledge by hands on experience. They worked hard, paid attention and used careful planning and judgement. The Pentacles can make us feel like we are plodding along, but in fact it is this slow and careful use of resources that get us where we are going. The hard work always pays off. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Two of Cups I think this card gets seen as the "lovey romance," card but it is so much more. This is where you actually see yourself through the eyes of another person, sharing your deepest intimacy and thoughts. You are now opening your heart fully so, is this person worthy of that trust? Also, that "other," person can be you. How many of us don't fully love ourselves? Those "eyes of another," can be you, looking in a mirror. I believe that until we fully love, trust and honor ourselves, we cannot share ourselves fully with another. #dailymindfulness Daily Mindfulness
Queen of Swords This energy is all about accomplishing difficult tasks and getting things done with precision. We learn by experience and some of that wisdom was hard to come by - but that helps us hone our diamond-hard will. We keep what we need to get what we want and let the rest go. #dailymindfulness |
