Wow, it has been a LONG time since I posted. Two Red Dot auctions, actually. So, this was my donation to the 2017 Chuck Jones Center for Creativity Red Dot Auction. And it sold too!
Acrylic and metallic paints. I wanted to do a sort of homage to Maurice Noble and this is what I ended up with. The blobby sheeps still crack me up.

It has been a very long time since I posted anything and I had wanted to share this - since the auction is long over.
My donated piece to the Chuck Jones Center for Creativity's Red Dot this year was called Planet X Goes Timey Wimey. And I was absolutely thrilled to find that Linda Jones, Chuck Jones's daughter, bought my art!! So exciting!!! ![]() Since the Red Dot Auction was last night, I can now post the canvas I donated. It's acrylic on canvas and is my all time favorite monster and Chuck Jones character, Gossamer. Let's get him some spider goulash :) It was such a fun event and I am jazzed to have been a part of it. So far, it looks like the event did quite well too. My piece was bid on from the Heritage Auction site and went for 150 dollars. I have to say I am so pleased and well, surprised LOL I had a piece of board here and decided to try a little art with "It's a Small World," in mind. First I drew in the elements and then painted away. I HATE painting letters LOL You can probably tell. But I am happy with the way it came out. The colors came out close to the
