Daily Mindfulness Thoth/Antique Anatomy Tarot
Life has been sorta stressful this week so I finally asked the cards what I could do to help alleviate the chaos... spot on.
Four of Swords
This is a time of short respite, of sitting atop the crackling chaos for awhile, but we will soon need to return to it, which is why it is vital we take the time to stop when it is offered. When we are in the midst of chaos we need to stop and sort out all we have experienced and breathe out the confusion. Contemplation, reflection and meditation are vital to our happiness and well being. This time will also give us the distance we need to let our inner knowledge free. Relaxation from anxiety, quietness and rest after our struggles. When we give ourselves this gift, we can then plan our way forward before any turmoil returns.
Four of Blades
Rest is what is called for now. Giving yourself some well needed downtime. Things can get stressful and chaotic in life and when we don't stop to give ourselves some simplicity, everything can snowball out of control. It can be frustrating to stop and do nothing but right now, that is what is needed the most.
Together: A mental break will give you the rest and mental clarity you need to get back to the Great Work and the world at large.
