Varys giving a coin from Tyrion to a poor woman, for her baby.  This is a gift of a card, as well as one of generosity and support. Sometimes we have the ability to help others and then there are times we WE need the help and shouldn't be afraid to ask for it. 

Healing/Eucalyptus
This is a reminder to pay attention to our health and well being. It is important to eat right, get enough sleep and to be sure we get enough self-care.   If we run ourselves ragged we don't do anyone any good. 

So today, might be a good time to slow down, check in with yourself and the others you are close with. Are we all in a good place or do we need to give or receive some help?
