Three of Intelligence (Swords)
I woke up cranky and mildly anxious about nothing in particular and drew this card in response. This Weeping Dryad is showing us how to heal and also to learn from anxiety and emotional pain. This can be hard when we can't see where it's coming from or it feels so large we don't know where to start.
Start with one small thing. Make a list, sit in Nature, take a hot bubbly bath - anything that soothes you. Go from there. Remember you are not your feelings - you are the sky - everything else is just the weather.
