Find your priorities and keep a focus on the goals you have set. Also, don't forget to ask for help - delegate if you can, you don't always have to carry the load alone. Remember it isn't how much you have to carry, it's HOW you carry it. Ritual/Blue Woad We go through phases in our lives and when we come to the end of one and a start to another, that transition can be emotional, especially if we are comfortable where we currently are. A ritual can be just the thing to say goodbye to the past and hello to what comes next. Honor where you have been and what you have learned and then move into the present with positive energy and grace. So today focus on your goals and priorities - don't get so overwhelmed that you can't think straight and be sure to ask for help if you need it. When things get chaotic, find a ritual to help you focus and re-energize yourself. Time spent alone meditating or journalling or a nice hot bath, anything to help you reset and get ready to move onward and upward!
