Lizard Medicine is dreaming. It is the shadow side, where you review your dreams before deciding what to manifest into reality. Dreaming helps you see the shadows where rest your hopes and fears and the things you might be resisting. But it is always there following you.
If Lizard shows himself it is time to see what is following you. Is it your fears? You future? Or dreams that need to be manifest? Lizard is telling you to pay attention to your dreams and the symbols you are given. Write them down and record everything you remember and pay attention to recurring dreams or symbols - something is trying to get your attention. Lizard hears what is not yet spoken and sees what isn't yet manifest. But this magic can wear him down. This medicine uses a lot of strategy - one of his greatest forms of protect is playing dead, which is done to confuse predators. Once they think he is dead, they leave and Opossum is free to amble away. Right now, you are being asked to use strategy in a present situation. Use your instincts and intuition if things get to feeling a little too hard to handle. Even if you have to pretend to to unafraid, fake it til you feel it!
