Fire Hydrant Fountains, Silly Birds and Totems!

Yes, that is a very eclectic mix of things. But those are a few highlights from my day.

I was groggy today, not enough sleep, so everything seemed very dreamy to start with. Then there was this constant tap tap tap tap tap tap coming from the front door at work.  There was a little bird on the door handle. I guess he saw his own reflection and felt he was invading his territory, On my walk at lunch, I saw his nest and lady bird. That makes more sense now.  I just hope he doesn't crack his own beak whilst fighting his own bad self.

Then the long drive home. It was pretty nice with people on spring break and traffic was flowing along until the flood of biblical proportions.  I guess someone hit the fire hydrant and water was spewing forth like Mt Vesuvius.  Luckily, I had rolled up my passenger window earlier in the drive, because an emergency water truck came hauling ass up beside me and drenched my car, washing it quite nicely in the process. So, I can't be too mad that some water also flew in my driver's window before I could get that one up too.  Peoples were specatating all up and down the street, it was kinda like a party but no one looked very amused.

SO EXCITED to get this!  I have her Wild Unknown Tarot deck and LOVE it.  This Animal Spirit Deck looks to be just as fabulous.  I will do a more indepth review of it in my tarot section soon but for now:  It has the same look and feel as the tarot deck. The guidebook tells some stories and gives instructions on how to use and also how it's not just about finding your ONE  spirit animal, but how to find the lessons in all of them.  It also goes into how and when to ask the deck, different spreads as well as information on animals, food, predators and the nature connection.
